Photo and digital imaging release Pride Disability Services from time to time will use photographic and digital images, video and audio recordings of the individual for whom this intake refers to for use in the following ways: Publications / Conference presentation Newsletters / Campaigns Websites / social media platforms Educational presentations or courses Other related methods of promotion. • I grant permission to Pride Disability Services to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.
